Fairway is the place that so many of us call home, and such a wonderful city deserves experience to lead it. As a successful businessperson, Bill has been responsible for planning,
budgets, administration, personnel, and technical challenges; All the skills necessary in contributing to the success of a city. In addition, Bill is presently on the Board of Zoning Appeals and has provided engineering services to Fairway Public Works. He is a problem solver who is devoted to his community. As a Professional Engineer, Bill is pledged to honesty, integrity, and the public.

Public Safety

Bill will work to promote public safety by supporting the Police and Fire Departments, along with safety awareness.

Financial Responsibility

Bill will be a Steward of Financial Health by maintaining the present zero base budget process, and investing in effective and beneficial policies.

Infrastructure

Bill will use his fifty years of experience as a civil and environmental engineer to benefit the city’s roads, utilities, public property, and maintain the beauty of our trees.

Building a Community

Bill will build the future of Fairway through leadership and community guidance to preserve the character of the city. This means encouraging resident input, and continuing the improvement of Fairway’s Parks and Recreation. Furthermore, Bill will assist in maintaining Fairway and Kansas efforts to honor the heritage of Shawnee Indian Mission.
